Look Ma, No Hands!

Remember when you were little and it was always fascinating when you put your hands up on a roller coaster ride or you rode your bike with “no hands?”  Well, I do and I always remember trying to get my mom’s attention and say, “Look Ma, no hands!”  Oh the good ol’ days … but now days, you might hear this phrase while people are driving.  Except they are saying “no hands” because people are finally adopting to the Bluetooth technology that we are getting to know and love.

The Secret About Bluetooth

The biggest secret about Bluetooth technology is that it really is as great as people claim it to be.  I used to laugh at people who “talked to themselves” until I learned how useful Bluetooth technology can be.  A little history about Bluetooth … the name Bluetooth stems from the 10th-century Danish king, Harald Blatand (or Bluetooth) who brought together Denmark, Norway and Sweden. And as legend has it, he loved blueberries, which as you might guess, can give your teeth a blue hue.

What Can Blue Do for You?

Bluetooth is a wireless highway for data to flow over between compatible devices.  So in essence, you can have a Bluetooth headset paired with several devices (phone, computer, iPod, etc.) and it will work simultaneously between your devices.  The best part about Bluetooth …. it’s wire-free!

So How Far Will This Whole Bluetooth Craze Go?

In my opinion, Bluetooth is here to stay.  As technology is rapidly getting better every day, I think Bluetooth has a place in our future.  Not only are many states enacting hands-free driving bans, but the ease of use with Bluetooth technology makes it user-friendly and a great device to have.

Where Can I Get Bluetooth?

Well Gammoth of course!  Gammoth has a huge selection of Bluetooth products, and we specialize in Bluetooth headsets.  We have over 100 great Bluetooth headsets to choose and you can pick the one that is as unique as you are.  To find out more information about Bluetooth technology, you can read a past post called, “Choosing a Bluetooth Headset.”

Happy May Day!
