The Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset has a refined, smooth look and a comfortable fitting ear loop. The Jawbone has military-grade “Noise Shield” technologies which enabled the use of it in a windy environment and still receive exceptional sound quality. The Jawbone did suffer from occasional static episodes even inside the office. The exterior of the Jawbone has a sleek appearance; however, for the size of the unit, there are no dedicated volume control or power buttons. There are two multifunction buttons that are built directly into the body of the headset versus having protruding buttons on the outside of the unit. The function of each button changes depending on how long they are pressed. The awkwardness of these buttons made using the Jawbone, especially while wearing, extremely difficult. The Jawbone comes with multiple ear cushions and ear loops for maximum comfort and is compatible with the Jabra MiniGels as another option. Overall, the Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset was a disappointment. Although the sound quality was phenomenal, the size of the headset and cumbersome buttons made using the Jawbone a mediocre experience.
