The Good

· Comfort

· Signal strength

The Bad:

· Background noise

· On/Off switch

The Motorola H12 has a stylish, sleek design with a flexible ear loop for maximum comfort. The design of the ear loop allows for optimum wear ability. The H12 has a single multifunction button located on the front with a volume toggle button on the side. The power switch is located on the top of the headset, versus the single power button you see on most other headsets. This feature guaranteed the unit was turned off while not in use, but made it difficult to turn on while wearing. The sound quality of the Motorola H12 was average with some background noise in extremely noisy locations. The signal strength was exceptional and the standby/talk time was superb. Overall, I was impressed with the Motorola H12. It provided the sound quality expected from Motorola and was very easy to use.

BlueAnt Supertooth Light

Overall Gammoth Rating:  9.0

The Good

·         Sound quality

The Bad:

·         Magnet mount

The BlueAnt Supertooth Light is a compact and easy-to-use hands free speakerphone.  It provides excellent sound quality and has the ability to pair with five other devices.  The Supertooth Light installs easily to your car sun visor by way of a clip, and the main unit detaches and attaches using two magnets located on the back.  Although the magnets were strong enough to secure the BlueAnt Supertooth Light to the clip, over enthusiastic pushing of the unit could cause it to detach and fall.  Normal pushing of the “talk” and “end” buttons, however, did not have any effect on the durability of the magnets, and the Supertooth Light stayed securely in place.  The BlueAnt Supertooth Light is a great option for those people looking for something outside of the ordinary headset.
